Exchange
All items except furniture, discounted and promotional items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Receipts must be presented and the products should be in their original condition with the original packaging. Exchange for gift vouchers is not allowed and no refund will be given.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Discounted and promotional prices are not valid with gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund will be given for any balance amount not redeemed.
Reservations
We accept reservations for any item in our store for a period of 7 days. The reservation will lapse after the 7 day period.
Furniture Order
We require 50% deposit for purchase over $1,000 and full payment for purchase less than $1,000.
Delivery
Our local delivery charges are $10 for small accessories (less than 3kg) and $50 for furniture. Processing time is 3 working days.
Privacy Policy
The information we collected for mailing list or membership sign-up is for our own promotions only.
We do not share our customer contact information with any third party or external marketing or media agencies.

Membership
As no membeship card will be issued, please present your identity card or passport (whichever used when registering as member) as proof of membership.
Membership is only valid for 1 year which will automatically be renewed should you spend over $1,000 during the 1-year duration. Spending is tracked by our POS system. No discrepancy will be entertained unless receipts are presented as proof of purchase.
Although members enjoy free delivery service (limited to 1 local address) for purchase over $200, should there be additional delivery required (to additional address or for exchange), our regular delivery charges will apply.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to add, change or modify our store policies at any time.
