Return Policy
All items except furniture, discounted and promotional items can be returned. The products should be in their original condition with the original packaging. For hygiene purposes, items such as earrings and underwear are not exchangeable.
For residents in Singapore:Residents within Singapore may either mail your order back to us or visit any of our stores with the product in original condition with its order number within 14 days. Should you choose to mail back your order, please note that we are unable to refund for any damaged products received. Costs for mailing back for a refund will not be borne by Anthropology Pte Ltd. Only cost of product will be refunded. Refunds will be credited to you via Paypal.
For customers outside of Singapore:Please mail your order back to us in the original condition with its order number within 30 days. Should you choose to mail back your order, please note that we are unable to refund for any damaged products received. Costs for mailing back for a refund will not be borne by Anthropology Pte Ltd. Only cost of product will be refunded. Refunds will be credited to you via Paypal.
We ensure that our products are in perfect condition before shipping. However, should you receive a damaged or defective product or a wrong product, please contact us for a replacement or for further return instructions.
PaymentWe only accept online payment via Paypal.
Shipping & HandlingCosts for the above would be added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the products and will be calculated at check-out. For shipping charges, please click here. Generally, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt via Singapore Post. Please allow 2-3 working days for local delivery and 5-14 working days outside Singapore. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays.
Cancellation of OrdersWe reserve the right to cancel any order due to quality control, stock availability, publishing error, or any other reasons. We also reserve the right to alter the availability or duration of any promotional items at any time.
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled via Paypal. Should your order be cancelled, our sales assistants will be in touch with you via email within 48 hours. Exchange
All items except furniture, discounted and promotional items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Receipts must be presented and the products should be in their original condition with the original packaging. Exchange for gift vouchers is not allowed and no refund will be given. For hygiene purposes, items such as earrings and underwear are not exchangeable.
Gift VouchersGift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Discounted and promotional prices are not valid with gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund will be given for any balance amount not redeemed.
Gift WrappingPlease note that with effect from 15th November 2008, there is a minimum purchase of $80.00 for our complimentary gift wrapping service.
ReservationsWe accept reservations for any item in our store for a period of 7 days. The reservation will lapse after the 7 day period.
Furniture OrderWe require 50% deposit for purchase over $1,000 and full payment for purchase less than $1,000.
DeliveryOur local delivery charges are $10 for small accessories (less than 3kg) and $50 for furniture. Processing time is 3 working days.
